Can I steam a christmas pudding in a pressure cooker? - microwave pressure cooker
I make desserts from scratch and is not a conventional steam up to 8 hours. Is there any way faster than the microwave, which concerns me, puddings dry.

Yes - you can a pressure cooker. My sister, the family Christmas pudding in the 70s and always used a pressure cooker for the same reason as you ask yourself the question - to save time.
